Upon the input of wire to the incoming line wheel that has passed through the straightener depicted in the figure above, the lower right roller, which is driven by a stepper motor, shall move the processing line around. The blade shall also move in opposite directions via the stepper motor, thereby controlling the distance between the upper and lower blades to effect the peeling and line cutting function. On the other hand, the outgoing roller's stepper motor shall drive the upper and lower left rollers to move the processed and clamped line left and right. In contrast, the twisting roller's stepper motor shall facilitate the back-and-forth movement of the upper and lower left rollers, including the twisting roller and the emerging roller, which technically means that the same liquid wheel moves in the opposite direction to achieve twisting functionality.

In this article, we will discuss the working principle of a computer wire stripping machine. Through understanding its functions, we can learn the benefits of automatic wire stripping such as faster, more accurate and suitable for mass production compared to manual methods.

The computer wire stripping machine works by first feeding the wire into the machine. The wire is then clamped securely to ensure a stable stripping process. Next, the machine will measure the length of the wire and calculate the appropriate length needed for stripping.

The wire is then stripped with precision and accuracy by the machine. This process is much faster and more reliable compared to manual stripping, which can be time-consuming and prone to errors.

Overall, the computer wire stripping machine is an excellent investment for businesses that require high-quality and efficient wire stripping services. With its advanced technology, it can provide precise and consistent results, making it a valuable asset for mass production.
